CONCEPT DESIGN

In architectural and interior design projects, we create user-appropriate concepts to enhance spaces, making them more high-quality, comfortable, and functional.

ARCHITECTURE PROJECTING

We project the preliminary and application technical drawings of the relevant spaces by conducting interdisciplinary studies in the digital environment with BIM (Building Information Modeling) programs.

3D MODELING

We model projects in the BIM environment, aligning them with location, topography, climate, and physical environmental analyses. This allows us to synthesize structural analyses with the conceptual design, ensuring sustainability.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We create a successful project management process by ensuring all necessary coordination in a project environment involving different disciplines such as architecture, mechanical, electrical, and structural, both in virtual and real settings.

We commit to delivering the entire process from construction site setup to completion, in full compliance with contract terms, and in collaboration with all contractors, to the user.

PROCESS FORMATION

RESEARCH & CONCEPT FORMATION

First, user/customer requirements related to the project are listened to. By observing the space and determining its purpose of use, general design inferences are made. When deciding on the design concept, emphasis is placed on lighting, color harmony, and material selection for the space. This way, aesthetic and functional spaces that meet the user’s/client's needs are targeted.

CONCEPT DESIGN & MODELING & VISUALIZATION

After all concept decisions are made, technical drawings are created first, followed by three-dimensional modeling, and then visualization work is completed. The concept presentation sheet and material file are used to present to the user/client. This way, the clear results of all design decisions are seen to avoid any errors or unexpected situations.

COST CALCULATIONS & BUDGET ANALYSIS & AGREEMENT

At this stage, quantity surveying is completed for cost estimation. Based on the quantities calculated entirely from technical drawings, market research is conducted. Separate prices are obtained from experts or companies for each task. Considering the budget, the most suitable offers are evaluated, and cost tables are completed and communicated to the user/client. Subsequently, after presenting the concept and cost tables, a contract is established, marking the final stage of the technical process.

TECHNICAL DETAIL DRAWING (BIM) & BUSINESS PLANNING

The final stage of the technical process, which is the implementation project, is completed by creating BIM (Building Information Modeling)-supported technical system and detail drawings to prepare for the construction process. The prepared details for construction are arranged according to the implementation process plan and the relationship between different disciplines is evaluated. This way, potential construction errors can be anticipated during implementation, preventing time and financial losses.

CONSTRUCTION & TURNKEY

When transitioning to the construction/implementation phase of the project, an action plan is created to ensure interdisciplinary coordination. During construction/implementation, our site manager oversees job coordination and monitors implementation quality on-site. Once all construction/implementation tasks are completed, they are delivered to the user/client in a comprehensive manner, fulfilling the contract terms.
